Translation should be: Master Jeweler on the Premises
and
Gemological testing on the Premises

In Hebrew "bamakom" means "on the premises / in the place of"
"bimkom" means "instead"

The Hebrew words are written with the same letters but different vowels

The sign maker probably used Google translate and not a human translator
